Who deserves to be accused of being a fascist?

This was a one-page advert that appeared in The Times London and the New York Times recently by Al-Kharafi Group, based in Kuwait, in response to the recent oxymoronic remarks of President George W Bush about a so-called “war on Islamo-fascists”.
